how it works:
 

During a reiki session, Qi or energy is channeled to help energy flow to where it is needed most, supporting the body’s natural healing processes and clearing energetic imbalances. Many clients describe the experience as warm, calming, and deeply restorative. While some feel immediate shifts, Reiki often works on a subtle, cumulative level, with deeper benefits unfolding over time

what to expect:
 

​Each 60 minute healing session is intuitively tailored to meet your needs in the present moment. A blend of powerful healing modalities are incorporated, including shamanic healing techniques, crystal healing, sound healing (such as sound bowls, rattles, shamanic drumming, rain sticks, and vocal activations), acupressure, and aura clearings to promote deep energetic alignment. 

 

Your session will be held in a​ safe, loving, and sacred container to explore and deepen your inner work. Reiki sessions facilitate lasting, transformative shifts, empowering you to step into your highest self while reconnecting with your inner wisdom. At the close of your session, you’ll have time for reflection and integration, along with personalized tools to continue your healing journey—helping you maintain balance, clarity, and well-being long after your session ends.
